SD 071102 - DUTCH MOTORKLIPPER - 18.75m x 4.20m - €125,000 (£89,158)  A good looking Dutch Klipper with nice lines and very classically Dutch interior. Well maintained with lots of accommodation. MAN 139 hp eng. 5 KVA Yanmar Silent Genset.  Owner now wants to move back ashore.

MAGDALENA ESB 278 – MOTORKLIPPER - 22.76m x 4.92m - €265,000 (£178,812) This is a real beauty. She simply oozes character and will immediately appeal to anyone seeking a Dutch Barge that just has that special feel to her. Very traditional in style internally she has also retained her original looks (apart from her sailing rig) outside. This fabulous barge is a must see ship and one that will appeal to the traditionalist. Ford 120 hp eng. Robin 4.5 genset, Kalkman 12 hp bowthruster, Victron electrics. She is painted in original colours throughout and has the benefit of a steel roof placed underneath her hatch covers. She still retains her original and characteristic Belgian wheelhouse windows which are not seen much these days. Her original aft skipper’s accommodation has all been refurbished and now serves as an office. This barge is capable of complete independent cruising and is ideal as a cruising liveaboard barge. Her present owners are real, true, enthusiasts, and indeed are professional skippers who have worked the canals and are now returning to operate commercially again. We sold their previous barge, a beautiful Motorspits also called “Magdalena” which was an absolute credit to them as is this one.THIS IS A GREAT BARGE AND CARRIES BOWCREST MARINES HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

She offers many of the features that are often hard to find in a converted barge, in particular, a large galley with plenty of cupboard space, a cavernous saloon and perhaps just as important for a liveaboard vessel, a large sun deck. DAF 180 hp eng. Original Skippers aft cabin. 1 double cabin fwd, 2 x double cabins aft, single cabin amidships. One half of her present owners is a professional seaman and as you would expect, he knows his ships and so everything is as it should be with everything working. Her technical installations are 1st class and ship is currently Scheepvaart Inspectie Certificated. Her interior accommodation is in super condition and full of character. There is separate Skippers and crew quarters on board. GM 180 hp eng. 6KVA silent genset, DAF 125 hp bowthruster, big tanks. Barges of this type are rarely available and this beautiful old lady of the sea is a must purchase for anyone looking to purchase a quality vessel with a view to sail training or chartering. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

FIAT - MOTOR KLIPPER -  39.15m x 6.25m - €135,000 (£91,277)  Where do you start top describe a vessel such “Fiat”. She is quite simply stunning and this beautiful historic barge is probably the finest unconverted vessel to come onto the market since “Verandering” which was back in 1998. Fiat is the last working Klipper in Holland to be still carrying cargo. One look at the photographs in this brochure will show you just what a unique ship she is. She literally is as good as the day she was built 93 years ago. Scania 315 hp eng. Lister 16 KVA genset + 12 KVA genset. DAF 100 hp bowthruster, Victron electrics, beautiful skippers accom. She has been lovingly maintained over the years and has not been altered by shortening or lengthening so apart from being engined and having her accommodation modernised she is largely as she was built.  She is still able to continue working or she can be converted into a simply fabulous liveaboard, restaurant, clubhouse, office space etc. Vessels like this are so rare as to be utterly unique and anyone looking to purchase  a really top quality barge just can do better than Fiat. THIS VESSEL CARRIES BOWCREST MARINES HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.
